When making this updated list, I considered emergency help only and discarded
the following services
1. If the ‘suggested’ or ‘asked’ cost was above £4 for a meal, as I considered this
was on the cusp of enough to buy some food and get better value
2. If I couldn’t find any current or sufficient information on the service listed
3. If conditions or suggestions other than simply providing food and advice
were implemented - these will go in a separate list
4. Services that helped specific sets like drug abuse or alcoholism, these are
very valuable services and are listed on the website and other lists available
to foodbanks
Many services has simply ceased to exist, so have not of course been included
Bear in mind this a an ongoing and first listing, I’m still trying to get in touch with
some services.
